Fallow in the dictionary definition means that there has been ground left unsown for a period in order to restore its fertility. Long fallow periods when nothing seems to happen. This is sometimes what our spirit, our heart feels like. Dormant, left unattended, untapped, lacking connection, void, closed off. Sometimes we’re waiting for our time for our Spirits/hearts to be reignited ( cultivated ) so we can grow into our full selves that God intended! I believe the time is now. Now is the time to start celebrating and utilizing, as women our God given super powers to initiate the positive change in our world, that I believe only we are uniquely gifted to do! This is my passion, my calling. That is why I stepped outside of my comfort zone and started Fallow! Fallow is a starting point. A time and place, a beginning. It’s not just a shop, it’s a state of mind. I can say I’m beyond excited to get to know you and grow this community of Fallow Ladies together!
Over the next week or so I’ll be giving you a 10,000 foot view of my heart and the purpose I feel so strongly about. Soon we’ll go deeper into what that looks like!
